How does one go about becoming a Parliamentarian and Join the Association. I have been a quasi Parliamentarian on two different Boards, but have never gone thru any formal training or courses or testing. I no longer have a Web Site, as I am a retired Senior Citizen. However I have been involved in 55+ HOA Development, which needs a lot of guidance. I have used several of your articles over the past few years in order to try to help but I am seeking certification simply to help show that I at least know a little about what I am saying.
