What a fantastic workshop yesterday!  I definitely feel empowered and better-equipped to field board chairs and commissioner’s questions about Robert’s Rules of Order.  So many great little nuggets of knowledge! I also enjoyed hearing other participants in the breakout session, and was surprised that we all had varying takeaways!  Lisa Arpin, Branford Connecticut Town Clerk

  1. Christy Terry

Outstanding clearly presented materials. Good refresher for those with experience and also good introduction for new clerks or board secretaries. Council, Assembly and Board members will also benefit so they are clear on how to handle themselves in a meeting and best practices. Total confidence not only in the instruction but also the materials and follow up provided after. THANK YOU!!

  2. Debbie Burke, Moses Lake, WA City Clerk

Wonderful information on options for meeting minutes and love all the sample forms and networking in the breakout sessions! Thank you Ann!!

  3. Lorine Hall

Thank you for this course. It should be a prerequisite for all clerks, secretaries and chairs. So much great information and clarity.

  4. Kerri Mellott

Being in my position for 5 years, I was not certain what to expect from the course. The course was incredible for both new and seasoned clerks. I have also recommend this course to other clerks that I know will benefit from the information Ann shared! Thank you!

  5. Marina Jordahl

Very good course on Roberts Rules of Order and how to properly take various types of minutes. They made the course fun and understandable with dinosaur analogies. Highly recommended for anybody who takes minutes.

  6. Cecilia Aloysius

Great workshop. Learned from it, and know a little more about minute taking. Highly recommended for those of you who takes minutes, take these workshops that are available.
