WHAT IS IT ABOUT?
When you are a board member of a homeowner’s association or condominium, it’s critical to know what your authority is, and what the authority of the chair is. If you are a homeowner member, you need to know who sets the policies and makes the decisions for the association, and how homeowner members can contribute. This course covers these points, and also describes what steps can be taken if you are a homeowner unhappy with your board of directors.
