About Andrew Estep

My mission is to empower organizations and individuals through structured, people-centered systems. I offer this through my company, Estep Association Solutions, and as a partner with Ann Macfarlane in Jurassic Parliament.

I started my career in the U.S. Air Force, where I quickly learned the importance of service, organizational discipline, and effective communication--principles that have guided my work ever since. I’ve worked as executive director of nonprofit organizations, and in 2001 founded an association management company. This refined my ability to adapt and oversee various organizational systems. My experiences have taught me the value of compromise, collaboration, and adaptability, skills that are instrumental in my career.

With Estep Association Solutions, I leverage over three decades of experience to help associations build sustainable systems, enhance board leadership, and achieve strategic clarity. In Jurassic Parliament, Ann Macfarlane and I offer unique products and services to help organizations navigate the complexities of parliamentary procedure, and use it for good.

Together, we co-authored Mastering Council Meetings. Mastering Nonprofit Meetings is in preparation. Both are designed to support effective governance and empower nonprofit boards. It is a pleasure to contribute my experience in association management, my commitment to excellent procedure, and my satisfaction in seeing organizations succeed to Jurassic Parliament’s mission of providing practical training and resources for leadership teams.
