Northwest Clerks Institute Virtual Professional Development Series

Session 2  Master the key guidelines from Robert’s Rules of Order for processing meeting minutes. This session discusses the 3 different types of minutes, recording votes, the minutes approval process, how to change minutes once adopted, and more. We will cover the role of the clerk/secretary and describe when and how staff should speak up. Note that this session does not discuss the actual act of listening and recording what is said.
